ABOUT

Verification with transparent confidence.

Russell Verify checks whether email addresses exist. It never sends emails and never asks for passwords.

What the service does

For each address, Russell Verify checks the domain's DNS and mail servers and asks the receiving mail server whether it would accept mail for the address. The conversation stops before any message is sent: no email is ever delivered to the address. For Catch-all and Unknown results it can also look for the exact address on the company's own public website (Public Evidence).

Four honest outcomes

Valid and Invalid require definitive evidence. Catch-all requires a confirmed control test. Unknown protects you from false certainty when mailbox evidence is unavailable. No service can promise perfect mailbox verification.

What we never do

We never send emails, never ask for or store passwords, and never log in to any account or website. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
